We are currently recruiting for an experienced Education Lawyer to join a well-regarded local authority in the southwest region.

The main duties of the role will include:

  • Advising on education and SEN matters
  • Holding a caseload of tribunal cases
  • Drafting and submitting case responses

This position can offer remote working and flexible working arrangements for 30 hours per week.
