Excellent rates of pay

My local government client is seeking an experienced commercial property specialist to join their growing team on a locum basis to cover a period of absence. This role will be for an initial 3 month period, but there is a strong possibility of an extension beyond this.

The caseload will be comprised of a mix of commercial property transactional matters, such as:

Landlord and Tenant
Lease renewals
Easements and wayleaves
Some residential experience might also be advantageous but is by no means essential
Advising on ad hoc queries relating to property lawPrevious local government experience is preferred, but candidates with private practice or in-house experience will also be considered. This will suit a proactive solicitor who has a can-do attitude.
