The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be able to carry a caseload of:

  • Deprivation of Liberty Cases

  • Judicial Reviews

  • Court of Protection Proceedings

  • Issues relating to s29 of the Mental Health Act

This London Borough council is seeking an Adults Lawyer who can offer the following:

  • A current practising certificate (Barrister, Solicitor or CILEx)

  • Office attendance is usually 1-2 day per week

  • Full time hours are ideally, but requests for part-time hours will also be considered

This will be a great opportunity for a determined Lawyer to develop their expertise, and take on a varied and interesting caseload.
