Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive – Family Law Location: Flexible Working Sector: Family Law An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with NQ to 2 years’ PQE to join a highly regarded specialist family law team in Liverpool. This role would suit a junior family lawyer who has gained experience during their training contract or early post-qualification career and is now looking to develop their expertise within a supportive and high-quality environment. You will have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload of private family law matters , with appropriate supervision, mentoring and training as your experience and confidence develop. The successful candidate will undertake fee-earning work appropriate to their level of qualification, with exposure to a broad range of private family matters, including: Financial remedy Private children matters You will also be expected to contribute to business development and networking activity, maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance with relevant AML, data protection and confidentiality requirements. We are looking for a positive, personable and motivated individual who is keen to build a long-term career in family law.
