Data Manager Lincoln 5-Month Contract Hybrid We are currently recruiting for an organisation based in the Lincoln area, they are looking to grow their Data team by adding a Data Manager to oversee the performance and quality of the data collection and analysis.

You will be leading the day to day running of the data analyst teams to ensure optimal performance and accurate analysis.

What the Data Manager day to day will look like: Lead the development, validation and continuous improvement of organisational performance reporting, ensuring data accuracy, audit readiness and the timely delivery of management information to senior stakeholders.

Manage regulatory and statutory reporting requirements, producing performance analysis, benchmarking and actionable insights to support compliance, strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Analyse and interpret data from multiple systems to identify trends, monitor performance and risks, and develop dashboards and reports using business intelligence and reporting tools.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert data analysis, supporting business reporting requirements, managing organisational risks and responding to evolving reporting and legislative needs.
