We are working with a well-established Top 100 national law firm, which is looking to appoint an experienced Licensing Legal Director/Partner to join its growing regulatory and commercial team. This is a strategic hire, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked firm, with an established regional and national client base.
You'll advise a broad range of clients including hospitality operators, developers, retailers, leisure businesses and corporate clients on a wide variety of licensing matters. The work is high quality and varied, including:
- premises licence applications
- variations and reviews
- alcohol and entertainment licensing
- regulatory compliance
- licensing appeals
- enforcement matters
- strategic support for transactional and development projects
You'll also take an active role in business development, client relationship management, team leadership and supporting the continued expansion of the licensing offering.
