A Legal Contracts Manager is required to join a Software and consultancy business on a Part-time basis permanently for 2 or 3 days per week.
This is a newly created role working closely with the Operations Manager as their first legal hire.

The company’s client base is growing quickly, securing large-scale customers both in the UK and globally. The company provides automation products on a subscription basis through Microsoft 365 and also provides a consultancy service to its clients.
The Legal Contracts Manager role;
The successful Legal Contracts Manager will be;

Assisting the Operations Manager with general commercial contracts for the business

Responding to challenges to the company’s terms of conditions

Reviewing and responding to requests for clarification and revision on standard agreements
-
Reviewing and amending Terms of Business
-
Challenges to DPA from customers
-
WDevelop and implement a structured playbook and response Matrix
-
Compliance-led project work
The successful Legal Contracts Manager will have;

Experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
-
Experience of dealing with challenges to the company’s contracts
-
Understanding and working knowledge of Data Protection regulations would be advantageous
