A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly ranked and well-regarded Restructuring & Insolvency team, following continued growth and increasing demand. The team is recognised across the market for its expertise in advising on complex restructuring and insolvency matters. The role would suit a litigator with a strong interest in insolvency work, offering exposure to high-quality, predominantly contentious matters and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners within a collaborative and ambitious team.
What the role will involve:
- Acting on a broad range of contentious restructuring and insolvency matters
- Advising insolvency practitioners, management teams and other stakeholders
- Managing matters with a high level of responsibility, supported by senior colleagues
- Building and supporting client relationships, with involvement in business development
