We are working with a well-established Top 100 national law firm, which is looking to appoint an experienced Planning Legal Director/Partner to join its growing real estate and infrastructure team. This is a strategic hire, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked firm, with an established regional and national client base.

You'll advise a broad range of clients including developers, landowners, investors, local authorities and corporate clients on a wide variety of planning matters. The work is high quality and varied, including:

  • strategic land and development projects
  • planning applications and appeals
  • section 106 agreements
  • highways and infrastructure agreements
  • compulsory purchase matters
  • environmental and regulatory issues
  • planning support for corporate and real estate transactions

You'll also take an active role in business development, client relationship management, team leadership and supporting the continued expansion of the planning offering.
