We're working with a highly regarded national law firm looking to recruit a Paralegal to join its established Housing Management & Property Litigation team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking to develop their career within housing management and property litigation, supporting solicitors and building their own caseload. The team acts for a broad range of Registered Providers, private landlords and other organisations across England & Wales, providing exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload. Injunction proceedings and disrepair claims Claims against leaseholders, including forfeiture Drafting claim forms, pleadings and witness statements You'll work alongside experienced solicitors within one of the largest Housing Management & Property Litigation teams in England & Wales, gaining valuable exposure to a broad range of housing matters while developing your technical, advocacy and client-facing skills. A minimum 2:2 degree or equivalent in Law or a relevant subject. Previous experience in Housing Management or Property Litigation is advantageous but not essential. Strong legal research, drafting and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
