We are recruiting for a skilled Electrician to deliver high-quality maintenance, installation, and compliance services across residential properties.
Key Responsibilities of the Electrician:
- Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Complete compliance testing in line with industry standards
- Diagnose faults and undertake pre-work surveys
- Maintain accurate records, certification, and reports
- Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
- Manage tools, equipment, and van stock effectively
- Participate in an out-of-hours rota when required
The successful Electrician will have:
- NVQ Qualification in Electrical Installation
- AM2 Qualification
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installation
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to liaise effectively with tenants and stakeholders
