Sellick Partnership is currently working with an exciting Legal 500 ranked firm, based in Leeds, who is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of transactions and working alongside a Partner on more complex deals.
- Advising on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
The Successful Candidate will need:
- 3+ years PQE.
- Evidence of understanding what is needed to help grow and develop a corporate practice.
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident using legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
