We are recruiting for a skilled Electrician to deliver high-quality maintenance, installation, and compliance services across residential properties.

Key Responsibilities of the Electrician:

  • Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations
  • Complete compliance testing in line with industry standards
  • Diagnose faults and undertake pre-work surveys
  • Maintain accurate records, certification, and reports
  • Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Manage tools, equipment, and van stock effectively
  • Participate in an out-of-hours rota when required

The successful Electrician will have:

  • NVQ Qualification in Electrical Installation
  • AM2 Qualification
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installation
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to liaise effectively with tenants and stakeholders
