We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Commercial Property Lawyer to join our expanding Commercial Property team. Whether you are a Senior Paralegal with at least three years' commercial property experience or a recently qualified Solicitor with up to 18 months' PQE, this role offers excellent development opportunities, hands‑on exposure to high‑quality work and a clear pathway for career progression.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and refinancing matters
- Managing your own caseload of appropriate matters under supervision
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial property documents
- Conducting legal research and providing practical advice to clients
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties throughout transactions
- Supporting senior members of the team on complex and high‑value matters
- Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory and firm procedures
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery
Required experience:
- Senior Paralegal with a minimum of three years' commercial property experience, or a Solicitor with up to 18 months' post‑qualification experience (PQE)
- Solid understanding of commercial property law and transactional processes
- Excellent drafting, organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A client‑focused approach with strong commercial awareness
