Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of a Roofers Labourer for a social housing organisation on an ongoing basis. The Roofers Labourer will be assisting a roofer carrying out repairs on our properties daily.
Duties of the Roofers Labourer:
- Replacing and re-grouting wall and floor tiles
- Removing and re-applying silicone sealer and associated beading to any areas
- Applying anti-fungicidal wash and anti-condensation paint
- Core drilling of walls, and the installation of ventilation plates and cavity air vents
- General clearance of debris, removal of waste and cleansing of properties
- The installation of loft insulation to include relocation of customer belongings
- General labouring duties to include driving, deliveries, clearance and ground works
- Working at heights
Requirements of the Roofers Labourer:
- Experience in Labouring/Handy Person works
- Driving licence (preferred, but not essential)
- Ability to undertake DBS check and Asbestos Awareness Certificate
