Sellick Partnership is excited to be recruiting for a local authority in West Yorkshire on a permanent basis. We are seeking an experienced Childcare Lawyer to step into a Principal role.

About the Principal Childcare Lawyer opportunity:

The duties of the successful Principal Childcare Lawyer role will include:

  • Directly line a small number of lawyers
  • Handling a caseload of childcare matters, including pre-proceedings and care cases
  • Advocacy in court
  • Assisting the team with complex care cases
  • Dealing with 1:1s
  • Leading on improvement of the team with policies and procedures

Experience required for the Principal Childcare Lawyer role:

For this role you must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister.
