Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Planning Lawyer to join a local authority based in the Midlands. Our client is offering a competitive hourly rate and a long term contract to cover a mat leave. They would ideally like someone who could attend the office on occasion but they would look at 100% remote working.

The successful Planning Lawyer will take on a varied planning law caseload, including, but not limited to:

  • Section 106 agreements
  • Highways agreements, including s.38 and s.278
  • Public rights of way
  • Planning enforcements
  • Planning Committees

The Planning Lawyer role is to begin in May. Our client is happy to consider candidates who are seeking either full or part time employment.
