You will be an instrumental part of a growing Social Housing organisation who values transparency and accountability, you will delve into the process of becoming a Registered Social Housing provider and lead on this proposal and any further Compliance.

Duties of the Housing Strategy and Assurance role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Leading the organisation through their journey with the Social Housing Regulator
  • Embedding a strong governance and assurance framework
  • Supporting the Board and senior leadership with high-quality regulatory insight
  • Ensuring the organisation remains regulation-ready as it grows
  • Influencing how safe, compliant and resident-focused the organisation becomes
