You will be an instrumental part of a growing Social Housing organisation who values transparency and accountability, you will delve into the process of becoming a Registered Social Housing provider and lead on this proposal and any further Compliance.
Duties of the Housing Strategy and Assurance role includes, but is not limited to:
- Leading the organisation through their journey with the Social Housing Regulator
- Embedding a strong governance and assurance framework
- Supporting the Board and senior leadership with high-quality regulatory insight
- Ensuring the organisation remains regulation-ready as it grows
- Influencing how safe, compliant and resident-focused the organisation becomes
