Our client, a Local Authority based in Essex, is seeking a locum Housing Disrepair Lawyer to join their legal services team on an ongoing basis, pending permanent recruitment. This opportunity can be undertaken on a part-time or full-time basis. Whilst occasional office and court attendance would be preferred, candidates seeking a remote working pattern may be considered.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in dealing with Housing Disrepair matters on behalf of a Local Authority and will be available to commence this locum position at short notice.
