Sellick Partnership Ltd is supporting a Supported Housing organisation in Hounslow to recruit to a Scheme Manager on a temporary ongoing basis.
Duties of the Scheme Manager role will include, but is not limited to:
- Delivering housing management services within Independent Living schemes for older people.
- First point of contact for tenancy and leasehold queries, ensuring compliance and health & safety checks, and fostering strong community engagement.
- Understand and apply tenancy law for example, as it relates to abandonment, assignment, succession, mutual exchange and tenancy terminations.
- Undertake effective customer viewings, to contribute towards timely void management, complete allocations and manage low level anti-social behaviour in line with relevant policies and procedures.
- Help customers sustain their tenancy/lease and their independence by providing advice on their rights and responsibilities and taking appropriate early intervention action when required.
The successful Scheme Coordinator candidate will have:
- Relevant Supported Housing/ Scheme Coordination experience.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS.
- Comfortable working alone.
- Full driving license with available use of car as travel is essential.
