The role The successful candidate will lead the development, enhancement and maintenance of General Insurance pricing models, ensuring they remain accurate, predictive and aligned with business strategy. Key responsibilities include: Developing and optimising pricing models and technical rates. Identifying opportunities to improve pricing methodologies, tools and data. Challenging established approaches and introducing innovative techniques. Working closely with Underwriting and Pricing teams to refine rating structures and pricing strategies.
