Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working with a well-regarded council in the East Midlands to recruit an experienced Highways Lawyer to join the team.
About the Locum Highways Lawyer role:
- Picking up a caseload of section 278 agreementts
- Dealing with Section 38 agreements
- Dealing with Public Rights of Way
- Advising on highways status and boundaries
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive in England and Wales with significant post-qualification experience. Experience within planning law for a County Council would be advantageous.
