Key Responsibilities
- Managing a broad portfolio of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development projects, and portfolio management
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters, real estate finance, and corporate support transactions
- Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional commercial legal advice
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the real estate team
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ-5 years' PQE) with experience in commercial real estate
- Strong technical expertise and a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills
- Proactive, collaborative team player with ambition to develop and progress
