An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join a top-ranked corporate team within a Top 100 law firm. The role offers exposure to high-quality corporate work, including complex and high-value matters for HNW clients, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses.
You will work on a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
- Shareholder and partnership agreements
- Fundraising and investment matters
- General corporate advisory work
- Domestic and international transactions
You will support senior lawyers on complex matters while also managing your own caseload and leading transactions appropriate to your level of experience.
About You
- 3-5 years' PQE in corporate law
- Strong drafting, technical, and commercial skills
- Experience handling transactional work
