Base pay range

Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Head of Finance for a fast growth multi-site retail business going through an exciting period of transformation.

The Head of Finance will get great exposure to the senior leadership team, lead divisional growth and continuous improvement and have a significant impact on the direction of the European arm of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement across reporting, accounting standards and key transformation projects
• Oversee new system implementation
• Partner with the divisional and group leadership teams
• Enhance the use of data and quality of MI reporting
• Lead the growth and development of team of 15+
• Due diligence on any potential acquisitions

The Head of Finance will come from a qualified background (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with experience in sizeable businesses and the desire to create a best in class finance function as the organisation goes through the next phase of growth.

You will have a strong technical / controllership background with a commercial outlook to ensure the controls environment is fit for purpose.
