Midlands - Hybrid Working Contract: Permanent My client is a leading mutual organisation looking for an experienced Pricing Development Manager to join their specialist Pricing team during a major transformation programme. The role will lead a technical team responsible for the design, development and deployment of pricing algorithms into live environments. You will combine strong technical pricing expertise with people leadership, working closely with Pricing, Underwriting, IT and wider business stakeholders to deliver high-quality pricing solutions. Lead the design, development and deployment of pricing algorithms into live environments. Manage end-to-end delivery from development and testing through to production. Review technical outputs and ensure high standards of quality, accuracy and governance. Support pricing governance, audit requirements and wider transformation initiatives. Strong technical experience within a pricing development environment. Experience using RADAR or equivalent programming languages, alongside SQL or similar data tools. Strong knowledge of code review, testing and quality assurance. Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting less experienced colleagues.
