Locum SEN Lawyer
We are currently supporting one of our long-standing clients in recruiting an experienced SEN lawyer to join the team on an ongoing locum basis.
Duties would include:
- Provide expert legal advice, representation, and case management on matters relating to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Holding complex tribunal cases - preparing and attending hearings
- Providing advice and support across the wider SEND team
- Delivery of training to clients
We are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Cilex-Qualified lawyer with relevant litigation rights with extensive experience in SEN law.
