My client, a highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its growing established Employment team based in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior employment lawyer to take on a varied and high-quality workload within a supportive, forward-thinking firm that is known for its strong regional and national reputation.
The successful candidate will work closely with partners and clients across a broad range of employment matters, advising both employers and senior individuals. The role will include:
- Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Managing complex employment tribunal claims
- Drafting and advising on contracts, policies and procedures
- Providing strategic advice on restructures, redundancies and TUPE
- Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Playing a role in business development and client relationship management
