Sellick Partnership are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Surveyor to manage the Council's property portfolio ensuring that it remains compliant with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Surveyor:

  • Oversee compliance across a varied estate, ensuring statutory duties, inspections and reporting requirements are fully met.
  • Support capital projects by providing technical input into refurbishment, redevelopment and wider improvement schemes.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise income, reduce expenditure and enhance overall asset performance.
  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure quality delivery, value for money and full adherence to health and safety standards.

The successful Commercial Property Surveyor will have:

  • Asset management expertise and experience in landlord/tenant matters.
  • Professional surveying skills including valuations, investment analysis, acquisitions, disposals and dilapidations.
  • Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience.
