Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Senior Finance Manager for a growth focussed FMCG business with further expansion plans. The Senior Finance Manager will work closely with the senior leadership in a high visibility role to drive process improvement, data integrity and commercial insight to ensure future growth is informed and data driven.
Responsibilities:
- Drive improvement across balance sheet and intercompany accounting
- Work closely with IT to improve systems, controls, data sources and speed of reporting
- Lead and mentor a team of qualified and studying accountants
- Lead on year end and audit
The Senior Finance Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, lead on continuous improvement projects and work closely with the senior leadership team to reach strategic goals. This role will provide great visibility, career progression and a challenge which will advance your capabilities.
