Are you an ambitious Residential Property Paralegal looking to take the next step in your legal career with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm?
I am working with a well-established regional multi-service law firm that is experiencing significant growth within its Residential Property team.
Due to continued success and an increasing workload, the firm is seeking a motivated Paralegal with a minimum of 12 months' residential property experience to join its thriving Farnham office.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a busy and supportive Residential Property team that has tripled in size over recent years.
You will work closely with the Head of Department and experienced senior team members, gaining invaluable exposure and hands-on experience across a broad range of residential property matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing support on a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions
- Assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Handling client enquiries and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
- Managing files and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties throughout the conveyancing process
