A new opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a highly ranked and well-respected Family Law team within a leading Top 100 firm. Based in Bath, this role offers the chance to work on complex and sensitive Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse matters, alongside experienced specialists who are passionate about achieving the best outcomes for their clients.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and progress a caseload of Legal Aid matters under supervision, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and with the utmost care.

Provide clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are fully understood and met.

Conduct advocacy and negotiation to achieve positive and fair resolutions.

Collaborate with partners and senior solicitors on more complex cases, gaining hands-on experience and guidance.

Build lasting relationships with clients and contribute to the ongoing growth and visibility of the team through business development and networking initiatives.

Ensure all work complies with professional conduct obligations, internal procedures, and risk management policies.

Record time accurately, monitor progress on cases, and support the achievement of personal and departmental goals.

Skills & Experience

Qualified Solicitor, ideally with 0-5 years\β post-qualification experience.

Experience in Private Law Children and/or Domestic Abuse matters is essential.
