Sellick Partnership is recruiting a locum lawyer to support education prosecutions for a public sector client in the northeast of England.
The role is flexible: part-time or full-time (2β5 days a week) and can be worked predominantly remotely with occasional court attendance in Newcastle (1β2 times a month).
You will review and sign off on school non-attendance cases, including Fixed Penalty Notices, parenting orders and School Attendance Orders, starting as soon as possible.
