An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer to step into a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) role within a highly regarded, Legal 500 recognised law firm based in Reading. This position is ideal for a senior employment solicitor looking to move away from a fee-earning role while remaining at the forefront of legal developments. You will play a key role in supporting the employment team by delivering technical expertise, maintaining know-how resources, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring legal and regulatory developments in employment law and sharing updates with the team
  • Drafting and maintaining precedents, guidance notes, and know-how materials
  • Supporting fee earners with technical queries and complex legal issues
