The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters
- Supporting on possession claims and lease disputes
- Assisting with boundary disputes, easements, rights of way and restrictive covenants
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court applications
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
