Hybrid or Remote Working

£50 - £60 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Sellick Partnership are proud to be working with a well-respected local authority client in the North West, who are looking to recruit an experienced planning lawyer to join their team whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:

  • Managing a predominantly planning law caseload alongside some highways work
  • Section 106 agreements
  • Planning enforcements
  • Certificates of lawfulness
  • General advice

Candidates can work on a fully remote basis, but those offering committee attendance on a monthly basis will be favoured. Candidates will ideally work full-time, but part-time applicants may also be considered.
