Sellick Partnership Ltd is working in partnership with a well-established housing association to recruit a Damp and Mould Operative to join their Repairs and Maintenance team on a contract basis. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in identifying, treating, and resolving damp and mould issues within residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify damp and mould issues and understand appropriate treatment methods
- Remove defective or damaged decoration affected by damp and mould
- Wash, clean, and treat affected areas
- Take clear before-and-after photographs of completed works
- Carry out minor decorating works as required
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to undertake any required training
