Sellick Partnership Ltd are assisting a client working within the private sector with the recruitment of a Bricklayer to join their team on a temporary basis.
Duties of the Bricklayer role will include, but is not limited to:
- Set out and lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry units accurately from foundation level to block-and-beam floor level.
- Construct cavity walls, solid walls, and substructure masonry work in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Build foundation walls, sleeper walls, and supporting masonry for block-and-beam floor systems.
- Ensure all work is level, plumb, and aligned to required tolerances.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and technical specifications.
The successful Bricklaying candidate will have:
- Significant Bricklaying experience
- Hold a valid CSCS Card
- Driving licence - Full UK or equivalent experience as a time served Bricklayer
