Damp and Mould Operative

£17.00 – £20.00 per hour (depending on payment type)

Full Time – 37 hours per week
6-month fixed-term contract

Sellick Partnership Ltd is working in partnership with a well-established housing association to recruit a Damp and Mould Operative to join their Repairs and Maintenance team on a contract basis.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in identifying, treating, and resolving damp and mould issues within residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify damp and mould issues and understand appropriate treatment methods

  • Remove defective or damaged decoration affected by damp and mould

  • Wash, clean, and treat affected areas

  • Take clear before-and-after photographs of completed works

  • Carry out minor decorating works as required

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Willingness to undertake any required training
