Customer Insight Advisor - Interim (3 Months) Hybrid - Seaham £18.24 per hour PAYE 3-Month Interim Contract We're recruiting for a Customer Insight Advisor to join a social housing organisation on an interim basis.
This role focuses on complaint investigation, customer resolution, insight reporting and driving service improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Insight Advisor include: Manage and investigate Stage 1 customer complaints from receipt through to resolution.
Prepare clear, accurate and customer-focused complaint responses.
Work closely with internal teams and contractors to achieve timely resolutions.
Recommend compensation and remedies where appropriate.
Analyse complaint trends and produce performance insights to support continuous improvement Support Housing Ombudsman case preparation and complaints service development.
The successful Customer Insight Advisor will have: Previous experience in a customer-focused, complaints handling or administrative role.
Strong investigation, problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working to deadlines and handling challenging conversations.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems.
Social housing and Housing Ombudsman knowledge would be advantageous.
