Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a Legal 500 ranked firm that is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their highly regarded and growing Commercial Litigation team. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a broad and varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder disagreements, insolvency claims, and contentious probate. Handling matters involving alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Attending hearings, mediations, and client meetings, and representing clients in court where appropriate. Playing an active role in business development, including client retention, networking, and growing your own portfolio of work.The successful candidate: 4-5 years\’ PQE as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor Has substantial experience across a broad spectrum of commercial litigation work. Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and strong drafting and negotiation skills. Has a proven ability to manage a diverse and often complex caseload independently.
