Commercial and Procurement Solicitor
Sussex
Commercial and Procurement Solicitor is required to join one of the largest utilities company on a permanent basis. Candidates must be able to attend the office 1-2 days a week.
As the Commercial and Procurement Solicitor, you will;
- Provide commercial legal advice to the Company to assist with various capital and infrastructure programmes
- To provide high quality commercial legal services to Southern Water to enable delivery of various capital, operational and infrastructure programmes, particularly those matters relating to net zero programmes.
- Support the Senior Commercial Solicitors across procurement, commercial, competition and regulated contracts including the retail services areas
- Advising on outsourcing arrangements and diverse commercial projects
- Review and assess supplier contracts and TOBs, provide strategic commercial advise across the business
