The Civil Litigation and Prosecutions role will last for a minimum of 3 months, but it is highly likely to be extended on a long-term rolling basis. The council is seeking someone who can work on a remote basis but attend court when required., The successful candidate will be joining a well-established team, who have a reputation for producing high-quality work and providing a high level of support to their locums.
The Civil Litigation and Prosecutions Lawyer will be expected to have previous experience working for a local authority and will be required to handle a varied caseload of litigation matters including:
