Childcare Locum
Duration: 3-6 months +
Hybrid or fully remote working will be considered
We are currently seeking an experienced childcare lawyer to join a well-respected Law Firm to undertake the work of a number of Local Authority clients.
Duties will include:
- Managing a caseload of between 8-12 care cases depending on experience
- Undertaking advocacy in person on hearings such as CMH\’s and IRH\’s
- Providing sound legal advice to the children\’s team on a range of complex child protection matters
The role benefits from good paralegal and legal assistant support.
This is a 3- 6 month role. Full-time hours preferred however, 4 days or compressed hours will be considered.
