Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working with an excellent Council in South London to recruit a Childcare Lawyer to join their busy team on a fixed term contract for 12 months. The contract is likely to be extended or become permanent.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will be working on a hybrid basis with a requirement to be in the office in South London twice a week. Our client is seeking a capable Childcare Lawyer who can hit the ground running and come on board as soon as possible to assist with an increased workload.

You will be holding a caseload of care proceedings and pre-proceedings (PLO). Please note that advocacy is not required in this role, but those who enjoy advocacy are encouraged to go out to court.

The local authority is open to considering applications from Childcare Lawyers from both public and private sector backgrounds as long as relevant public childcare experience is demonstrated.
