Overview
Locum Civil Litigation Lawyer. Hybrid or Remote Working. Rate: £50-60/hr (umbrella). Contract: 3 months+
Responsibilities
• Deal with a caseload of civil litigation matters including
- Contractual disputes
- Claims for compensations (not PI)
- Claims under the Equality Act 2010
- Claims under UK GDPR
- Debt recovery
Desirable Skills and Requirements
- Strong civil litigation experience and good knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with litigation rights
