Workforce Compliance Lead (IR35/Employment Status)
Cheshire, Hybrid Working
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation specialising in external workforce management, helping businesses manage the compliance and risk associated with contractors, consultants, agencies, and other external workers.
The business uses AI technology to support the assessment process, meaning you will provide the technical oversight, sense-check assessments and advise clients on the appropriate approach.
The Compliance Lead will be responsible for:
- Acting as a subject matter expert on IR35, off-payroll working and employment status
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients on assessment outcomes and compliance requirements
- Helping clients identify and manage wider workforce compliance risks
- Representing the business in client meetings, training sessions and industry events
The Ideal Experience for the Compliance Lead:
- Confident providing advice directly to clients and explaining complex compliance issues clearly
- Self-sufficient, proactive and comfortable working in a growing business
