Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join our client based in Coventry, this role if offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 3 days a week onsite.
The Employee Relations Consultant will provide advice, support and coaching to managers on absence management cases, to help embed the new sickness absence policy, processes, toolkits and recording system to ensure robust absence management and a reduction in absence levels.
