Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Capital Project Manager to join one of our valued NHS clients based in Dorset. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of major capital development and construction projects that will shape the future of healthcare estates across the region.
Key Responsibilities of the Capital Project Manager:

Support the Strategic Estates Programme Manager in delivering major capital schemes from inception to completion – including design, project management, contract administration, and site supervision.

Supervise the construction stage of projects, fulfilling formal duties under the NEC3 Works Supervisor role.

Lead and deliver smaller capital projects within the strategic team to enable the commencement of larger developments.

Develop detailed project plans and programmes, setting clear objectives, timescales, and milestones, while managing risks and resolving delays.

Carry out feasibility studies, design, specification, and project management in a multi-discipline environment from concept to completion.
Essential Experience of the Capital Project Manager:

Proven experience managing Capital Works projects within the NHS or a healthcare environment.

Track record of delivering major capital schemes from start to finish.

Skilled in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing contractors and stakeholders effectively.
