We are currently seeking an experienced Building Safety specialist to join a Housing and Property team in Northamptonshire as the Building Control Lead.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects that directly impact public safety and building compliance.
Key Responsibilities of the Building Control Lead include Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary Building Control service.
Provide expert advice on Building Control, Building Regulations and Building Safety matters.
Lead the implementation of the Building Safety Levy.
Ensure compliance with Building Safety Regulator requirements and quality assurance standards.
Develop and implement strategies to increase service market share and income generation.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation and service transformation.
Manage budgets, performance, governance, risk and stakeholder relationships.
Lead and develop Building Control Surveying, Technical and Business Support teams.
